From the moment I contacted Lake Place Merchandise LLC I knew they had no intention of giving me a refund. First they said I ordered the wrong screen. I had my email from Amazon showing what I ordered. I emailed them a copy from the email account I received the original email from Amazon. This was not the intial email account I had used to contact them. After I sent the email showing my order he got angry and asked me why was he receving email from two accounts. I told him I just wanted to show you that I had ordered the right screen and the wrong one was shipped. He then proceeded to tell me we didn't know how to install it. My son aged 32 actually took the Nintendo DS lite apart and found that the screen shipped only had one cable and the DS had two. I sent Lake Place Merchandise LLC another email telling him it was indeed the wrong screen and I was returning it. Lake Place Merchandise LLC's owner(?) went on and on about how we didn't know how to install the screen he even sent a link with a video on how to do the installation. However, he wasn't listening when I told him it had the wrong number of cables. My husband packaged up the screen and took it to the post office. Now Lake Place Merchandise LLC is claiming they never received the return and they are not going to give me a refund because they didn't get the screen back. I am at a loss on how to get my money back. Do I contact the postmaster and tell them the guy is claiming he never received it and show the postmaster all the email correspondence so that they can see the guy never intended on giving me a refund and now is claiming he didn't receive it? I don't know...I never plan to buy anything from anyone else through Amazon again.

i would ask the post office to track the parcel and threaten lake place with legal action, that should make them nervous, if that fails see about small claims court and warn them you will be asking for costs and emotional damages
