Acai Optimum customer service is nonexistent and their online system really sucks. i just tried placing an order for the free trial. For some reason the $.99 card charge was denied (my bank claims it was not them) but regardless, when I attempted to reorder it would not accept it as "I had already ordered once." I contacted their customer service on numerous occasions to no avail. They can't walk and chew gum at the same time. If this the way they operate, imagine the rest. Stay away!!!
