Acai Optimum customer service is nonexistent and their online system really sucks. i just tried placing an order for the free trial. For some reason the $.99 card charge was denied (my bank claims it was not them) but regardless, when I attempted to reorder it would not accept it as "I had already ordered once." I contacted their customer service on numerous occasions to no avail. They can't walk and chew gum at the same time. If this the way they operate, imagine the rest. Stay
