Thread: UPS Dielivery

I do not understand how this can happen. Several times I have purchased things from stores on line and had it delivered by Usps this time I bought several items and I received all but one. I contacted the seller and found out the item had already been shipped by Usps. I got the Usps tracking number and contacted Usps and talked to a computer that told me that my package had been delivered on Jan. 7 2010 at 12:57pm. Now here,s my delima, I live in a apartment bldg. with a locked enterance, no body in my bldg. has my package. Now since my package was delivered , who did the postal carrier give it to, was,nt me, there was someone home the entire time on the date in question. Now I have to wait until monday and have them conduct an investagation to find out where my package is. this is disguisting, Usps cost you out the rear to have your purchases delivered and then just give it to who ever. Does this company suck or what?
